Cheap and clean rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service.

The location is great, right next to L and N Rental and near downtown Long Beach, attractions, and shops. The rooms are a good size and come with a fridge and microwave. The staff is very polite and accommodating. 

The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a beach area, very close to California, and other attractions. Enjoyed the room, it was fine and good sized. The location of the property was favourable - at a moderate distance from Lee's Nails & Spa. 

Clean and affordable room, plus it was really peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food options were fantastic 😊.

It was close to our family member's dwelling and your on line photo shot of the room displayed a more pleasing room than it actually was; for those reasons only did we choose.

The up keep left much to be desired: the bathrm. Door would not close, the tiolet seat was unattached on one side, the towels were in poor condition and needed to be trashed..........

Staff was rude and would not accept visa.

I found the Oak Tree Motel to be basic but with all the amenities one would expect for the price. The manager was very attentive and professional. The rooms were clean and the fixtures new. I would recommend

The staff was courteous and immensely pleasant. The hotel is located 0.5 miles away from the airport. We had a great stay here.

The room had amenities like coffee, an iron, and a telephone, as well as a comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi, making our one-night stay wonderful.
